Last month, my husband and I took Field Trip Boy to Legoland in Carlsbad, California to celebrate his 8th birthday.

We plan to go again next summer, but in the meantime, we want to check out this new traveling LEGO exhibit coming to Glendale in February.  The new exhibit will definitely satisfy any LEGO loving child or even adult!

From Saturday, Feb. 7 – Sunday, Feb. 22, Los Angelinos can visit the LEGO Monuments Roadshow: Building Across America at the Glendale Galleria in Glendale.  People of all ages will want to check out this highly visual, educational and FREE traveling installation of larger than life LEGO replicas of some of the nation’s most beloved landmarks.

The show features nine one-of-a-kind, large scale models of American Landmarks made completely out of LEGO bricks by LEGO Master Builders – including the U.S. Capitol Building, White House, Supreme Court, Washington Monument, Jefferson Memorial, Lincoln Memorial, Statue of Liberty, Independence Hall and Old North Church.

Plus on Saturday, Feb. 14th and Sunday, Feb. 15th from 12 pm to – 4 pm in the Center Court Building, children can build and take home their own mini version of a LEGO U.S. Capitol Building model for FREE!

LOCATION: The Glendale Galleria, 100 W. Broadway, Glendale, California 91210

TIME: Monday – Saturday, 10 am – 9 pm and Sunday, 11 am – 7 pm

PHONE: (818) 549-0733
