In October, my children’s school hosted a traditional jog-a-thon to help raise money for all the PTA programs that they put on including the science lab, new technology, lunch with the principal, family fun nights, an annual camp out and more. This year our goal was to raise $25,000! It was a big undertaking, but we knew we could do it with the help of our local community and business leaders.
So as VP of the PTA this year, and as a local blogger, I reached out to my friends at AquaBall and they donated over 500 bottles of water for the jog-a-thon. What’s AquaBall, you may ask? It is a sugar-free, preservative free, naturally flavored water your kids will love. All of the children at our school sure did!

What I appreciate most about AquaBall is their story. The founders created AquaBall out of the desire to do right for children’s health. After surveying the beverage industry, they realized that most, if not all children’s beverages, contained an excessive amount of sugar and calories. Some of the comments I heard from the kids about the water were “What is this drink? I like it!” and “Is there anymore?” Afterwards, my daughter told me that she liked berry frost flavor the best, while my son enjoyed fruit punch. AquaBall is also available in grape and strawberry lemonade flavor.
