Star Wars Day at the OC Zoo on June 25

Does your family love Star Wars? Attend Star Wars Day at the OC Zoo for a fun day with live Star Wars characters, crafts, games and photo opportunities.

May the Force be with you!  Join the County of Orange and OC Parks at Star Wars Day at the OC Zoo on Saturday, June 25 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Star Wars Day at the OC Zoo invites families for a fun day with live Star Wars characters, crafts, games and photo opportunities.  Zoo animals will receive special treats and there will be animal meet-and-greets throughout the day.  It’s a unique experience to watch the enthusiastic response of the zoo animals when they are given treats.  It’s something that little Jedi knights and princesses won’t want to miss!

Generally, the OC Zoo’s focus is on animals and plants native to the southwestern United States.  Animals on exhibit include black bears, mountain lions, bald eagle, island foxes, ocelot, red-tailed hawk, great horned owls, porcupine, coyotes, turkey vultures, coati and more.  The zoo also features a barnyard with domestic goats, jacob sheep, pot-bellied pigs, doves and pheasants.  All of these animals and more will be on display during Star Wars Day at the OC Zoo.
