Do your children love to learn about exotic animals while watching Animal Planet?  If so, then take them to see Animal Planet’s Jeff Corwin at the Musco Center for the Arts at Chapman University on May 1 at 2 pm in Orange.

About Jeff Corwin

My family enjoys watching TV host Jeff Corwin in The Jeff Corwin Experience and Corwin’s Quest on Animal Planet, because he is very knowledgeable about animals and quite humorous in his presentation.  For example, in 2007, while filming in Cambodia, Corwin was attacked by an elephant and walked away from the terrifying experience with just a few minor injuries to his arm.  Amazingly, he survived!

As the Huffington Post recently said in an article, Jeff Corwin “exemplifies the power of what one person can accomplish in a positive way to improve our world.”  He also speaks eloquently and entertainingly on the conservation of endangered species and ecosystems across the globe.  And through education and awareness, he believes these vital elements of our planet can be conserved for future generations.

My favorite animal is a panda! My dad used to bring me a stuffed panda everything he went abroad for work.

We visited the zoo recently and after observing the lesser panda (aka the red panda), I would have to say that it's now my favorite wild animal.
