Spa Week is April 13 – 19, 2015! During Spa Week, women and men alike, can try an introductory massage for only $50 at numerous glamorous spas across the country.
The goal of Spa Week is to bring the spa & wellness experience to the masses by offering full service treatments, normally costing hundreds of dollars, for only pennies on the dollar. Spa Week has become the vehicle that allows all demographics the ability to make the spa experience a normal part of a healthier lifestyle.
As a precursor to Spa Week, I was invited by Kalologie 360 Spa in Ladera Ranch, California to experience their signature one-hour relaxation massage. Kalologie 360 Spa specializes in combining restorative massage, rejuvenating skin care and expert waxing all under one roof.
When I arrived, I was kindly greeted by Crystal, Kalologie 360 Spa’s very knowledgable spa owner. Crystal kindly checked me in and called Alex, my personal masseuse, to escort me to my therapy room.
Before my massage Alex gave me a short tour of the facilities.
Guests are welcome to relax and enjoy a fresh glass of water before their treatment in Kalologie’s relaxation room. This room was so peaceful and tranquil that I didn’t want to leave!

I specifically set an appointment to receive Kalologie’s Relaxation Massage. The Relaxation Massage is a soothing massage of light to medium pressure providing restorative relaxation while promoting wellness and stress reduction.
And relaxed I was! I told Alex I was going to fall asleep on the table and he said that was a good sign. This means that you are truly relaxed and trust your masseuse. Alex worked diligently on specific areas of my body that were over stressed from the way I have been sitting lately and shared with me some tips on how to correct these imbalances.

During my massage, Alex treated me to complimentary aromatherapy and a beautiful sleeping mask. The ambience alone was worth the effort for me to schedule a second appointment with Alex.
