Last Sunday, one of my good friends named Leo, hosted a party at her home in honor of her son’s first communion. We also celebrated Mother’s Day a week early since friends and family were already in town for the special occasion. I had a great time catching up with old friends and making new ones.
I also brought along my new ZTE Zinger cell phone that I purchased at Walmart, because I wanted to try out their Walmart Family Mobile plan. The Walmart Family Mobile plan helped me capture some of the day’s best moments, while specifically focusing on my beautiful friend Leo.

Leo is an amazing mother and wife. She is the “superhero of superheros” when it comes to motherhood!
Leo is originally from France and speaks beautiful French. All of her children are also learning how to speak French. She homeschools her three little munchkins (ages 8, 4 and 2) during the week and transports them to all of their daily activities. This year she even taught a geography and chess class in her homeschool cooperative. Leo is simply amazing!

Sometimes I wonder how Leo does it all. Maybe it’s her calm demeanor or her strong sense of family or her innate ability to let things that would drive me crazy, simply roll off her shoulders. Whatever it is, I want to know her secret!
I definitely give her the “hostess of the year” award for hosting a fabulous party for her son’s first communion / Mother’s Day.
On a rare occasion, when Leo is not occupied by her kids, I get to take her on a mommy field trip. So far this year we have been to high tea at a tea salon and visited a local spa. She is a wonderful field trip companion!

On Sunday, I was very thankful for having attended the first communion party / Mother’s Day celebration at Leo’s home, and being able to capture some of the special moments. It was all thanks to the Walmart Family Mobile service.
