My family and I always enjoy attending Brick-or-Treat Party Nights at LEGOLAND California.  It’s a memorable experience for all us!  Brick-or-Treat Party Nights is back this year and better than ever!  The Park is open for five spooky-kooky nights – September 28, October 5, 12, 19, 26 – starting at 5 pm till 9 pm.  It’s the home of Halloween fun and filled with music, costume contests, the Brick-or-Treat Trail and more.

Brick or Treat Party Nights at LEGOLAND California

There is so much to do in just under four hours at Brick-or-Treat Party Nights that it’s unbelievable and hard to pack it all in.   But boy…did we try!  That’s how much LEGOLAND California has to offer families!  With limited time at the park, here are my Top 5 Must-Dos at Brick-or-Treat Party Nights.

The Entertainment

LEGOLAND California, the home of Halloween, is filled with new shows and activities this year!  Guests can “boo-gie” down at frighteningly-fun dance parties like The AstroBash Dance Party and hear bewitching voices and hauntingly catchy tunes presetned by The Witchettes.  Every note they sing will put a spell on you to boogie all night long!  Even the SEA LIFE Aquarium is getting into the spirit and will have treats, dancing and decorations.

The Street Performers

This is my favorite aspect of Brick-or-Treat Party Nights!  LEGOLAND California has numerous street performers and acrobats out and about throughout the park.  Their costumes are amazing and so fine tuned.  I can watch them perform all day and all night long!

Top 5 Reasons To Visit Aquatica San Diego

Are you looking for a fun place to cool off and beat the heat in Southern California? Check out Aquatica San Diego which has over a dozen water slides that appeal to all different ages and thrill-seekers. They even have live flamingo and sea turtle encounters!

How often do you feel the thrill of being drenched from head to toe?  At Aquatica San Diego, SeaWorld’s Waterpark, it’s your absolute mission to do so!  Last summer, my family and I had the opportunity of visiting this fun and adventurous water park in Chula Vista, California.  Aquatica had been on our list of “must see” attractions for some time now.  So, we were honored to be invited and check it out for all of you too!

Top 5 Reasons to Visit Aquatica San Diego

Here are the top 5 reasons to visit Aquatica San Diego this summer!

The Ambiance

Aquatica reminds me of a whimsical South Seas vacation resort complete with pearly white beaches, lusch tropical plants and the sounds of Polynesian music playing softly in the background.  You can’t help but leave your worries behind when you enter the water park.

What sets Aquatica San Diego apart from other parks though, is that they offer live animal encounters.  Tying into SeaWorld’s sea life theme, a handful of bright pink Caribbean flamingos and dozens of freshwater turtles live at the park and contribute towards the relaxing atmosphere.

The Waterslides

In total, Aquatica San Diego has over a dozen waterslides that appeal to all different age groups and thrill-seekers.  For my son, who loves “all things” roller coasters, Taumata Racer was the #1 waterslide on his list to try out.  The fast moving slide, named after a famous New Zealand hill, sent him racing down a 375-foot slide complete with a 180-degree turn and multiple tunnels.  The dazed look on his face afterwards said it all!
