Camping Scavenger Hunt for Kids
This Camping Scavenger Hunt Printable is ideal for the little ones to do while the adults are setting up the tent or unpacking the car. It will keep them occupied and entertained for approximately a half an hour as they roam around the campsite looking for all the items on the printable.
This set has two versions of the camping scavenger hunt: a coloring page version and a completed colored page. My children likes to color, so we often take both with us. Both are included in the free download.
In campgrounds, it’ll be fairly easy to find these items. The older kids might like to go on short hikes to find all of the items on their lists. Tell them to look up, down, and even under!
You can even make a game of it and set up two teams – or let the kids choose them. Make sure to bring along some colorful marker or crayons if you use the black and white version and pens to circle the items on the sheet if you use the colored version.
