On Saturday, I had the opportunity to tour the community and check out the different floor plans. First up, was Plan 3A!
The heart of the home is always the kitchen and no expense was spared by Olson Homes when designing the modern kitchen layout at Manzanita Walk. Each kitchen in the community includes the following:

I love how the kitchen opens up into a sprawling great room. As a busy mom, I could imagine myself cooking dinner here, while my kids sit at the counter doing their homework. Afterwards, they could wash the dishes, while I sit and relax on the couch and read a book. A mom can dream, right?!!
If my kids were making too much noise, I might send them upstairs to the den to watch a movie or play a video game. The den is also a great place to host family and friends. If you work from home, you might want to consider using the extra room as office space.
Plan 3A has with one spacious bedroom downstairs and two full bedrooms upstairs. The downstairs bedroom has it’s own wardrobe closet and a full bath. The room is ideal for either a teenager or college student who needs a little more space of their own.
The private spacious master bedroom upstairs has a full walk-in closet and painted maple shaker cabinetry in gray or white with concealed hinges. The master bath has a cultured marble dual vanity, chrome centerset faucet, a compartmentalized toilet area and 6” x 6” ceramic tile shower surround with recessed soap niche.
The second bedroom upstairs also comes with a full bath and a medium size closet. It’s ideal for a young child and can even accommodate two children if you set up a pair of bunk beds.
