Amtrak Railroad Days is a great opportunity for train-loving families all over Southern California to venture to the Fullerton Train Station and see firsthand what railroading is all about. This two-day event will feature family-friendly events and activities that celebrate the importance, benefits and value of passenger train travel.

Organized for the 16th year by the Southern California Railway Plaza Association, hours are 9 am – 5 pm on both days.
Railroad Days Activities
Free tours will be offered by the following organizations:
- BNSF Railway – modern diesel locomotive
- Carolwood Foundation/Walt’s Barn – large scale rail cars
- Coast Rail Services – modern extended vision caboose
- Disneyland Resort – C.K. Holliday Locomotive #1
- SCRPA Vintage Cabooses – The Santa Fe, Southern Pacific and Union Pacific.
New this year, SCRPA has added three Union Pacific 1940s rail cars to their collection: a 1942 cupola-style caboose, a 1949 Diner-Lounge car, and a 1949 Dormitory/Club car.

There will also be more than 13,000 square feet of model train displays accessible for all ages.
