A 5 Star Big Air Birthday Party

Where can you host a fabulous birthday party in Orange County that combines the best of both worlds – exercise and fun? Big Air in Laguna Hills, of course! Three weeks ago Field Trip Girl celebrated her 7th birthday flying through the air at Big Air! She invited 10 of her closest friends for an afternoon of jumping and playing together.

Upon arrival we were immediately welcomed by a dedicated team of Big Air staff members. The birthday party squad took all of the party supplies I had brought and put them on a cart to take them back to our party room. We were assigned the Orange room which has picnic tables that can hold up to 30 guests.

Big Air Birthday Party Packages

Originally, when I booked Field Trip Girl’s birthday party I selected Big Air’s basic party package which includes:

10 jumpers (birthday child included)
1 hour of jump time
40 minutes of reserved table time
A dedicated party host
2 slices of pizza per jumper
Water or soft drinks (beverages served during 40-minute reserved table time)
A commemorative gift for the birthday child
An exclusive session on the climbing wall at the end of your party time

Big Air Attractions

After the kids arrived they jumped and played for about an hour in the different areas of the trampoline park. Big Air’s staff was great and kept the kids engaged and drama free the entire time.

The Bullpen

Field Trip Girl and Field Trip Boy had a blast trying to stay on the bull in classic cowboy fashion. Of course, they fell off!

Main Court

Field Trip Girl and her friends flipped and flew through a matrix of trampolines in every direction.

Battlebeam

The kids challenged each other in one-on-one jousting battles while maintaining their balance over a pit of foam.

The Wall

After eating pizza and having cake, the kids tested their climbing skills to see who could reach the top of Big Air’s climbing wall and ring the bell. Field Trip Boy won!

Additional areas that our party guests enjoyed were the massive foam pit and the dodgeball and basketball dunk courts.

After playing for an hour, we went to the orange party room to celebrate Field Trip Girl’s birthday with pizza, lemonade and of course, birthday cake! Big Air provides the pizza, drinks and party decorations as a part of their basic birthday party package. Parents are also welcome to bring a birthday cake in for no additional charge.
