I’ve always loved St. Patrick’s Day!  Spring is a magical time when the earth is waking up after a long winter slumber.  Everything is so fresh and new, it makes it easy to believe that maybe there really are fairies and leprechauns and gnomes out there, just out of sight.   It fills my dreams about whisking my family off to Ireland for a grand adventure!
