There is only one Saturday left, on October 29, to enjoy Brick-or-Treat Party Nights at LEGOLAND® California Resort in Carlsbad. And you won’t miss to miss it! Our family was invited last Saturday to enjoy the spooktacular activities and it was to die for.
About Brick or Treat Party Nights at LEGOLAND California
LEGOLAND® California Resort ends its regular operating day at 5:00 pm to make way for Brick-or-Treat Nights. Upon arrival, our kids were handed a plastic bag to trick or treat at the many candy stations sprinkled throughout the park. There was so much candy that we came home with a serious bag of loot!
LEGOLAND® provides visitors with a Brick-or-Treat Party Nights program that details the entire evening’s list of activities. Beware though! There are so many to choose from, it’s hard to pick just one! The kids especially had fun taking part in the pop-badge challenge in Fun Town. They had to find six hidden letters on the LEGO spiders and unscramble them to find the hidden word. Once completed, they won a badge.
In my opinion, the best part about Brick-or-Treat Party Nights is walking around and seeing the Halloween-themed decorations and characters in motion.
A trio of pumpkin-inspired characters on stilts brought dressing-up to a whole new level!
On the walk between the Land of Adventure and Castle Hill, the light show illuminated the night and made us dance.
We also saw various circus-type performers do amazing stunts and tricks throughout the park.
When we got tired of walking, we enjoyed taking a break and listening to the boo-grass music and watching Mad Marty, a mad scientist, create a monster during one of his many shows.
For your information, all the usual LEGOLAND rides are open for your enjoyment during Brick-or-Treat Party Nights. So if the seasonal Ghost Cruise is too spooky for your children, then I recommend that you stick with more familiar rides like LEGO NINJAGO The Ride, which takes you on a 3-D interactive adventure and uses hand gestures instead of controllers to kill the villains in the story.
The SEA LIFE Aquarium is also a part of Brick-or-Treat Party Nights, so make sure to spook some fish on your way out!
LEGOLAND Hotel Halloween Events
The LEGOLAND® Hotel is also joining in the fun with its own Halloween party on Oct. 31 with candy giveaways, a dance party and a special visit from Brick-Or-Treat Characters exclusively for Hotel guests!
Brick or Treat Party Nights Admission Price
Brick-or-Treat Party Nights is a special event at LEGOLAND California and admission can be purchased for as low as $35 if purchased online in advance. With special event admission to Brick-or-Treat Party Nights on October 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29, guests can extend their day until 9:00 pm at both LEGOLAND California and SEA LIFE Aquarium to enjoy all the Halloween festivities.
